Consists of athletes aged 11+ who want to continue to reach their personal fitness & performance goals in swimming. This program focuses on skill, strength, endurance and technique in the water. Up to 4 sessions will be available during the week. Swimmers must attend a minimum of 1 session / week, with most attending 2-3 / week. Practices will consist of some dryland training focused around pool training. Swimmers have the option to attend local competitions at their discretion but are not required to. Fitness and conditioning is perfect for technique improvements, cross training for another sport and overall general fitness. Practices will range from 1.5 - 2.5km.
