Financial Obligations

MONTHLY TRAINING FEES - Training fees are paid per month by e-transfer or credit card. The most senior swimmer (by level) in your family pays 100% of the applicable monthly training fees; additional swimmers receive a 20% discount of applicable monthly training fees. 

Credit card payment can be made on the online registration system under “My Account”. Monthly training fee invoices are generated on the first of the month. The invoice will be emailed on the fifth of the month to review then credit cards on file will be charged on the eighth. Only VISA or Mastercard is accepted at this time.

ADDITIONAL FEES - Swim meet entries, team travel, equipment costs, and the like, are additional to monthly training fees and will be billed to your account as they occur. In addition to the monthly training fee, there are also registration fees for:
-Pacific Coast Swimming Parents Association annual membership (per family)
-Swim BC / Swim Canada annual membership (per swimmer)
-Integrated Sport Support Team fee (competitive groups, billed 50% in October and 50% in March)

LATE PAYMENTS - I/we agree to have our credit card charged the balance due for any payments that are over 90 days late. Accounts overdue from the previous season must be settled before registration for the 2024-2025 season is confirmed. 
*New to 2024-2025* A Late Payment Fee of $15/month will be billed to accounts with any balances over 90 days late. Accounts will be notified in writing when they are 60 days late. 

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE - We require 30 days notice should you decide to withdraw from the club in order to cancel next month's monthly training fee obligation. 

REFUNDS - Members who withdraw from the swim club within two weeks of signing up will receive a full refund of their membership fees.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as pool closures, coach sickness, or other unavoidable reasons leading to cancelled practices, credits may be issued to affected members. These credits can be applied towards future membership fees or activities within the swim club.
