Lightning Fast 4

Lightning Fast 4 builds skill in all 4 competitive swimming strokes butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle as well as turns and dives. Swimmers will have graduated from Lightning Fast 3 or demonstrate abilities to perform at the level of the group. Swimmers will become proficient kickers in all 4 kicks and understand the feeling of efficient movement through the water while building endurance in their skills. Guaranteed small class size of no more than 8 swimmers per instructor.
