Equipment and PCS Apparel
Pacific Coast Swimming is proud to provide our athletes with high-quality equipment and apparel to support their training and competition needs. Below you’ll find details on how to request gear, apparel, and additional supplies throughout the season.
Equipment Request Form
Swimmers may request equipment at any time using the Equipment Request Form. Once submitted, your coach will arrange for pickup at practice.
Available items include:
- Swim caps
- Goggles
- Fins
- Kickboards
Billing: Ordered items will be added to your regular monthly statement. Please ensure all required information is completed before submitting your request.
Apparel Request Form
Club apparel is offered four times per season through the Apparel Request Form.
Order Deadlines:
- September 15 – Welcome BBQ (in-person orders)
- November 30 – Pre-Christmas distribution
- February 15 – March Break delivery
- May 15 – June delivery
Special Note: If you’d like your order packaged as a Christmas gift, please include this request in the notes section of the form. A pickup day will be arranged.
For any outstanding apparel or equipment orders from the Welcome BBQ, please contact Coach Anika at ajblane22@gmail.com to arrange pickup.
Lululemon Shop
Our Lululemon apparel shop reopens in the new year. Orders placed through the shop are available for pickup at the Commonwealth office. Please ask your coach to collect your items.
