EXPERIENCE VOLUNTEERING IN FOOD SERVICE at a swim meet is preferred. Your job is to work independently to provide snacks and drinks for the approximately 40 adults (staff/volunteers). You will use the Aquatics Classroom. - In that room is a Coffee Urn and a PCS cupboard that has some supplies like napkins and plates. There may also be some coffee in there. Please inventory the room in advance of the meet to see what you need to purchase. - You will be responsible for planning the food and drinks, purchasing any needed items, setting up in the room, making the coffee, cleaning up near the end of the meet and giving any extra food to coaches to take home/use later. - At the meet you should be there first thing to start the coffee (it takes up to 45 mins) and need to be there at the end to clean up but do not otherwise need to stay in the room during the meet. - You can then contact Mark at mlancaster@pacificcoastswimming.com to be reimbursed for your costs (up to $150 budget).
