REQUIRED COMPLETION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK/DESK COURSE ONLINE: No experience is needed but this assistant position is reserved for Pacific Coast Swimming families who have an interest in moving towards building skills to be an admin clerk in future and be interested in actively learning about the tasks of the admin desk (scratches, relay entries, deck entries, heat sheets, etc) on the shift. You will be mentored by and be working with amazing and friendly experienced admin clerks. This is full day shift (with an early start) but you will have a short break between sessions and there are times during both AM and PM session where things get quiet at the desk so you aren't working for a full day. Please wear a red shirt or a tropical themed shirt if you have one and meet at the Admin Desk.
