Come and join us for the first Sunday Stroke Series of the year! Aimed at swimmers in Lightning Fast 4+, this session is designed to focus on stroke technique, development and speed lead by our Senior Coaches. Coaches will use many tools and techniques for correction. This Sunday Stroke Series will be focused on freestyle.
Time: Sunday, October 30th at Mckinnon Pool. 10:30am - 1pm
Requirements: Lightning Fast Level 4+
