Sunday stroke series is an event led by our senior coaches focused on providing stroke development & improvement for a specific stroke each session. This session is focused on freestyle improvement.
This event includes camerawork, underwater videos, underwater video feedback and more! During the session, swimmers will also look at videos of races ranging all the way up to Olympic Races.
Date & Time: October 31st, 2021 8:00am - 10:30am at Mckinnon Pool.
Requirements: Lightning Fast Level 4& up
Fee: 30$/Swimmer
Please bring cap, goggles, fins, kickboard, PCS t-shirt.
