Lightning Fast Race Day #2

MEET INFORMATION

A short, friendly, skill-building introduction to racing for new swimmers in the Lightning Fast Swim Series program. Racing is open to all swimmers Level 3, 4, or 5. 

• Heats are mixed-gender, slowest to fastest based on previous results
• All 25m races start on the bulkhead (platform at the center of the 50m pool), except the 50m Freestyle and 4x25 relay.
• Swimmer's are 'marshalled' before their race into their appropriate heat and lane. They should arrive at the marshalling area 5-10min before the start of their next race.
• Parents confirm their swimmers attendance, coaches select their races. 
• There are no disqualifications, and times are not official. 
• There is no cost to enter

2 - 25m Backstroke
3 - 25m Kick (with kickboard)
4 - 25m Breaststroke
5 - 50m Freestyle 
6 - 4x25 Freestyle Relay
