Swimming Canada presents the 2026 Canadian Swimming Trials, which will take place July 5–9 at the Montreal Olympic Pool in Montreal, Quebec. The competition will serve as the selection meet for the 2026 Pan Pacific Championships, Junior Pan Pacific Championships, and Para Pan Pacific Championships.
Key information for qualified swimmers:
• Entry deadline: June 15, 2026 (11:59 PM PST)
• Qualifying times must have been achieved in long course competition since September 1, 2024
• There are no bonus swims
• Competition sessions begin at 9:30 AM, with finals beginning at 5:30 PM daily
• The meet will feature A Finals, Junior Finals (for swimmers born 2008–2013), and B Finals for Olympic program events
• The top 10 Canadian swimmers will advance to A Finals, regardless of age. Junior Finals remain for swimmers born 2008–2013.
• Time trials will be available each day following preliminaries, with a maximum of one time trial entry per swimmer per day
The meet will be in a 10-lane, 50-metre pool at the Montreal Olympic Pool. Pre-event training opportunities will be available July 2–4.
