PCS's 2026-27 Hosted Meets

With the 2026–27 season just around the corner, we’re excited to kick off another great year of swimming!

We’re proud to host a lineup of meets throughout the season so mark your calendars and check out our hosted meets below:

Christmas Cracker, December 4-6 2026

The PCS Xmas Cracker is a high-energy, three-day heats-and-finals swim meet held annually at Saanich Commonwealth Place in Victoria, BC. It brings together top-level swimmers from across Western Canada for fast racing, festive spirit, and fierce competition.

Eligibility: Competitive Program

Wavemaker, April 23 - 25 2027

Wavemaker is a three-day heats-and-finals long course meet held annually in April. The meet offers a fun racing environment, bringing athletes together for a weekend of competition, team spirit, and fast swimming in the spring. 

Eligibility: Lightning Fast 5, Competitive Program

Midsummer Madness, July 23- 25 2027

PCS will host the 14th annual Midsummer Madness Invitational at Saanich Commonwealth Place from July 24–26, 2027. This short course meet provides an excellent racing opportunity for swimmers of all ages and will feature distance events, relays, finals sessions, and the traditional Midsummer Madness awards.

Canadian Swimming Trials, April 5 - 10 2027

The Canadian Swimming Trials is a high-level, six-day long course swim meet that brings together Canada’s top swimmers such as Summer McIntosh, Josh Liendo, Taylor Ruck, Blake Tierney, and Alexanne Lepage to compete for national titles and opportunities to represent Canada on the international stage.

Eligibility: Trials Qualifiers

Canada West Championships, November 27 - 29 2026

The best swimmers from across the conference will be making waves on the Island during the 2026 Canada West Swimming Championships, hosted by the UVic Vikes.

Eligibility: Collegiate Level

Rubber Ducky, #1 November 1 2026, #2 January 17 2027, #3 May 23 2027

The Rubber Ducky Series is a short course, one-day swim meet held three times throughout the 2026–27 season. It gives swimmers the opportunity to gain racing experience, build confidence, and enjoy competition in a supportive environment.

Eligibility: Development Group, Provincial Group, Senior Group, Sooke & Westhills Competitive
