In the 11-12 category we saw Lukas Schroeder, Sophie Lemmon, Lukas Bartlett, and Lucy Robinson with top finishes in the 100m Free & 50m Free. Adding to our top 3, we had some 3rd place finishes from Long Yin Ng and Maya Marston in the 50m freestyle. In the 10&Under age category, Vicky Zhu and Nyah Petrusa went 1st & 3rd in the 100m.

The team finished off the weekend with some distance swims. PCS swimmers dusted off Campbell River Killer Whales’ distance bells in an all-bolts heat in the 1500m Free. Arya Deering dropped nearly a full minute to win the event. In the 800m Free, Lukas Bartlett took the win, shaving over 30 second from his time. To top it off, development group swimmers Lori Ozcelik and Colbie Stringer have been added to the VIR qualifier roster both sneaking under the qualifying time in their 100m freestyle. Way to go on a great weekend of competing!
