A New Era for Pacific Coast Swimming’s Development Group
After 10 years of dedication, loyalty, and leadership, we say "See you later" to Head Development Group Coach, Grace Macdonald, as she embarks on an exciting new chapter following the completion of her undergraduate degree. She will be leaving the club to pursue new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Grace had the enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping young swimmers grow. She has grown with the club, taking on many roles from Lightning Fast to a Varsity Assistant Coach.
Her positive energy and meaningful relationships with her athletes have helped shape our program, and she will be greatly missed. We wish Grace every success in this next stage of her journey.
While we are incredibly sad to see Grace go, we are grateful for the lasting impact she has had on so many swimmers and families. Thank you, Grace!
At the same time, we are excited to welcome Tom Langridge to our coaching team as the new Lead Development Group Coach!
Tom joins us from the Ottawa GO club, bringing many years of coaching experience. Throughout his career, he has served as both a Head Coach and Assistant Coach, working with swimmers of all ages and abilities.
As of August 2026, Tom will begin his role as the Lead Development Group Coach and Pacific Coast Swimming in other areas.
We look forward to the knowledge, leadership, and enthusiasm Tom will bring to our program and are excited for our swimmers to get to know him.
We are looking forward for the future of our Development Group!
