2025 Summer Divisonal Highlights

The last weekend of June, PCS took 25 swimmers to the 2025 BC Summer Divisionals at Burnaby Central Park Pool, an outdoor venue that brought extra challenges with the weather, but our swimmers rose to the occasion! Everyone showed great team spirit, racing hard and supporting each other throughout the weekend. We had some strong individual swims with podium finishes Mauricio Rinzsch placed 1st in the 100m Back, 3rd in the 200m Back, and 2nd in the 100m Fly. Lukas Schroeder was not far behind, placing 2nd in the 100m Back. Ethan deGoey took 1st in the 100m Fly and 3rd in the 50m Freestyle while his brother Liam deGoey won the 100m free and placed 3rd in the 100m Back. Our relay teams stepped up with exciting races that kept us cheering on the pool deck. Top scorers at the meet included Lukas Bartlett, Tamba and Yamin Boamah, Noah Brown, Joelle Cavens, Ruby Crowe, Elanore Fairhurst and Libby Hagel.Well done to all our swimmers for representing PCS so well!
